绿卡已经到最后一步了，没想到这么头疼。
RFE需要2011年的arrive/departure I-94form的photocopy.那张卡在去年回国的时候被航空公司收回
-Are you sure the RFE asked that I-94? Based on the law, you don't need to provide that I-94 and only need to provide the I-94 you got for your last/latest entry. So, just explain in the response letter that you left US at that time (what date) and returned the I-94 to the airlines, and then reentered US on what date (MM/DD/YYYY), and provide the copy of the I-94,  the visa page and entry stamp of your passport for your last entry. That is all.

去了。没有备份。不知道护照上的stamp管不管用？听说可以做FOIA request，该怎么做？一般多久会给回复？
