请教8老师关于L2签证工作问题j

请教8老师：我持L2签证今年5月I94到期，我可以申请延期吗？
还有我先生帮我看延期的话要提供一个工作许可，我一直不知道有这个东西，请教怎么补啊？还有就是我教了2年的中文，每年96个小时，有收入，也报税了，没有工作许可就工作，算不算违法啊？
