-Go to China to get the L-2 visa to reenter US before you file I-485, then you will be OK.

 如果退回或者捐款给教会行吗？
-Useless.

还有我是给一个语言培训教中文，没有工作合同和offer的。
-The problem is that when you got paid, the school would report it to IRS (Form I-99), and your working record will be in IRS, thus USCIS will find it during they process your I-485 for green card approval. So, you had better get the L-2 visa to reenter US before you file I-485.
