第二种办法必须要去广州吗？北京或上海不行吗？还有您的意思是要办理两个签证吗（SB-1和 immigration visa）？
-Only can do it in Guangzhou because it is immigration issue.

是一起申请还是要分两步？
-Two steps, but it is continuous procedure there within a few days, i.e. in one trip, thus you don't need to file I-130. Of course, SB-1 visa has to be approved to be qualified for immigration visa application. Read these links for more details:

难道只有SB-1不能回美国吗？回了美国绿卡不就没事了吗？


第三种方法交回绿卡需要填什么表吗，是在申请B-2的同时把绿卡交回去吗？（同样会不会有移民倾向呢？）还是现在去交回绿卡，以后在签证？还是交回同时就立刻自动获得签证呢？
-Need to abandon the green card first, then apply for the B-2 visa (both can be done at the same time, i.e. in one trip). They can do it at any US Consulate in China.  See the following links for more details on abandonment of green card:
