-Yes, but may not be helpful unless you try it one or more years later.

因为现在快要生了,不敢坐长途飞机回国(有医生证明),不得已只能生完再回去,很有可能快180天.
-You still have the pending second I-539, right? If your health can not allow you to travel, you may not need to risk at this point and wait for what result of the I-539 will be. Your health and upcoming baby are the most important. Sometimes USCIS may approve it considering your previous I-539 and MTR filing on time though the cases were denied.

实在不想被据得几年回不来.现在全家都阴云密布,愁眉不展.
