非常感谢。关于H4在renew 时必须在美国是说递交 renew 申请时必须在美国，
-You have to be in US to submit it. If you leave US during the H-4 pending, the H-4 extension application is void, but it does not hurt you anything, and you just apply for the H-4 visa to come back using your spouse H-1 approval notice. So, if you will leave US, you may not need to extend your h-4.

还是说必须在申请后一直要等新的EAD和AP批准都要呆在美国境内；在上次办EAD和AP时是递交申请后就出美国了，并没有一直在美国等到EAD和AP批准。
-If you leave US during the AP pending (it does not matter to EAD), you have to get the H-1 or H-4 visa to come back. Then, you can use the approved AP for future travel (not ask someone to send it to you and you use it to come back this time).
