非常感谢。关于H4在renew 时必须在美国是说递交 renew 申请时必须在美国，还是说必须在申请后一直要等新的EAD和AP批准都要呆在美国境内；在上次办EAD和AP时是递交申请后就出美国了，并没有一直在美国等到EAD和AP批准。
