关于我老婆485的问题，前后发了好些帖子求助，都得到了您热心的解答，但最终485还是被拒了，被拒理由是没有收到回复RFE要求的材料，尽管我们实际上寄出了并且移民局那边有人签收。现在我们在亚特兰大找了谢律师，递交了290B，解释了我们实际上寄出了材料并附上了相关证据比如当时的trackingnumber等。律师的意见是这个案子应该很简单，有可能很快解决，但也有可能拖很久，他们建议递交290B的同时，可以再重新递交一份485的申请，如果290B拖得太久，有可能485先被批准了。对于这个，我不是太懂，特来向您请教，可以再递一个485吗？再递一份485申请有必要吗？如果没有太大的意义，就不想再花1000多块，家里的经济状况并不宽裕，这次实际上律师费加290B再加上EAD卡renew，一共要花两、三千，但如果重递485很有必要的话，还是愿意花这个钱的。
-I don't think she needs to file another new I-485. Also, because you have got green card, your wife does not have a non-immigration status, so it is still questionable whether she can be qualified for a new I-485 filing. So, don't need to waste your money. Because your wife can work using EAD, it does not matter to get the green card earlier or later. By the way, your wife can do the EAD renewal by herself and no application fee for EAD renewal.
