我们是打算自己Renew EAD卡，但是我上USCIS网站看了，好像还是要交380美元啊，
-That kind of EAD application is not based on pending I-485 (there are many types of EAD). I-485 based EAD has no application fee (I-485 filing fee has included the AP and EAD fee no matter how many times you renew it).

不知道您说的no application fee 怎么操作呢？
-Enclose your I-485 receipt and the I-290B filing receipt with the I-131 filing, then you don't need to pay the I-131 filing fee.

By the way, you should provide the required documents by the RFE again with your I-290B filing. Have you shown the RFE to the Lawyer Xue yet?
