我8月被雷，找了个公司转h1。因为专业不对口，一直在找合适工作。现在有一家要我
下下周一去上班，但是只能用ead。

下周一，485才满180天。昨晚查140状态还是approval，律师等现在没有收到移民局140
撤销的confirmation。

今天问律师意见，她说：1 移民局经常一两个月才做出回应；2 即使之前雇主在180天
后withdraw，因为信上写的离职时间是180天前，所以485还是保不住的。
-Not true. You will be fine if the I-140 is withdrawn after I-485 pending is  > 180 days, especially you were laid off, not intended to quit the job.

 到底怎么回事？按withdraw140的时间算还是信上离职时间算？

我应该怎么办？我已经拿到新公司offer，各种检查都做完。难道临时和他们说我不去
