1. 也就是说只要140在180天后撤销就行，和我啥时候离职没关系，对吧？
-Right.

2. 您说的，我被雷而不是自己辞职，是什么意思，对485review有啥影响？
-Normally most employers will not withdraw the approved I-140 because it does not matter to them and no law requires them to do that. This is different from H-1.

3. 有人建议我做info pass确定140的状态。可是140是公司的，移民官不会给查吧。还有什么途径知道140的状态（网上经常不更新）？如果info pass，怎么说才能让移民官给查呢？
-Only the lawyer or the employer can check the status of PERM based I-140. 
我的新工作需要大量出差，万一140出了问题，我就回不来了，所以担心很多
