打电话去USCIS，说让递I-824，要交$405。疯了吗？太过分 了。我申请延期才花$290。
-You don't have a choice if it is your fault to lose it. Of course, you don't need to get it if you will stay in US and will apply for green card in US later.

请问８老师，能去local office问问吗？没预约,能去吗?怎么预约啊？
