请问８老师, B-2延期批准信大概丢了，怎么办？

打电话去USCIS，说让递I-824，要交$405。疯了吗？太过分 了。我申请延期才花$290。请问８老师，能去local office问问吗？没预约,能去吗?怎么预约啊？
