请教8老师：H4 Extension填表 有关收入问题

Dear 8老师， 

我是H4签证，LD是H1b，我自己开了个LLC. 现在LD公司要帮我file H4 Extension,填表时候有一个问题如下:  

Have you been employeed in the U.S. since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status? If no, describe how you are financially supporting yourself?  

上一次填表写的是 depending my spouse's income.  想请问8老师，1）这问题应该怎么回答，是还是像上次那样写，还是写我自己有LLC分红（说passive income)？  2）我开LLC和分红 是否有必要告知sponsor H1b的公司和律师
