-You may not need to report this investment in the I-539 because your spouse's income is enough to support you. You need to enclose your spouse H-1 approval notice with the H-1 I-94 and his latest 3 month paycheck stubs, thus USCIS will know your support is from your spouse..

Your investment is irrelevant to H-4, but you just need to pay the income tax only.
