生小孩F2转L2签证延期的问题

大家好，我现在美国，预产期是11月底，但目前持有的F2签证有效期至14年12月31号。
老公现在已经拿到L1签证，请问我可以申请签证延期等小孩大概5个月后再回国换L2签
证吗？非常感谢！
