谢谢老师的回答。其实我们现在已经收到律师寄来的申请材料，老公准备下月回国面签，但我由于怀孕问题不能同行，所以想问我可以等到明年孩子半岁的时候再回国面签吗？
-When does your spouse need to go to China to apply for L-2 visa? If your spouse L-1 and your L-2 have been approved within US, both of you do not need to go to China to get the L-1/L-2 visa. You had better ask your lawyer because the information you provided here is not clear.
