母亲green card 申请 RFE, please help.

今天收到移民局来信，信上说:

Chinese notarial certificates are considered to be secondary evidence. One of the following  official documents must be submitted in support of the notarial certificates of birth for you and the beneficiary: Birth Certificate, hospital certificate, Family Household Registry, Family Household registry form.

Family Household Registry 是不是户口本?

万幸我妈把户口本带到了美国。我们是否需要把户口本原件寄到移民局？他们会把户口本寄信回来吗？

Both me and my mom do not have birth certificates, we only have notarial certificates of birth.

户口本上有我和我妈的关系，我和我妈的出生日期，但没显示谁是我妈的父母，谁是我的父亲。这样行吗？
