回复：请教8老师关于B2延期证明没有收到被拒签的问题

急切请问下8老师，我妈妈去年办理的B2延期，但一直没有收到I797和新的I94表，但网上显示approved了。这次我妈妈去签证，要我们补交延期证明，其实我们已将网上的信息打印出来了，还是不行。我们该怎么办了？

是要填写I824表吗？
-Yes for requesting a duplicate of the approval notice.

可是填写I824的时候需要I797复印件，我们没有，该怎么办呢？谢谢。
-You may provide the copy of the filing receipt (if any) and the online status approval. If you can find the copy of the cashed check you paid for the I-539 application for B2 extension filing fee, you may provide it also because the cashed check has the case# (you should find it from your bank statement online).
