Bring with you:                   Identification and a POLICE CLEARANCE LETTER FROM THE PRECINCT(S) WHERE YOU HAVE   RESIDED FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS.


时间就在7天后。

请问
1. 这是做什么？
2. 关于“POLICE CLEARANCE LETTER FROM THE PRECINCT(S) WHERE YOU HAVE   RESIDED FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS.” 我母亲最近一年住在美国，是否可已 get the letter from the local police dept?  还需要从中国开信吗？ 可时间太紧了。
