可能8老师没有理解我的意思。 您是指我 extend TN，然后 file H1B。但是我的TN 是在4月15号 extend，H1B是在 4月 1号就开始递申请阿。
-You can extend your TN and file H-1 petition at the same time, not affect each other. Then you can work with TN until Oct. 1, then work with H-1.
申请 H1B 需要劳工的perm，

没有很多的case支持 FILE I-140会 不影响 TN EXTEND，很多TN签证的人还是先拿 H1B再GC，是很多人还不懂还是担心TN extend 被拒？
