我还有想请教的：她如果illegally呆在这里，是不是只要移民局不登门查，就不会出现问题？
--No one will come to your home to check this kind of thing. Sometimes if she drive a card without license or has accident to get the police involved, then that will be a problem.

至于看病，我可以为她买保险么？
-I am not sure this issue, may depends on the insurance company policy.

 如果被发现了，会有哪些后果？
-She will be deported, but she can choose to leave US voluntarily in this case and then apply for the immigration visa to enter US in the future..
