回复：请教父母绿卡申请问题

我妈妈去年七月B2来美,今年一月过期。去年十二月申请B2延期，还迟迟未批。我现在是美国公民，想为她申请绿卡（I130/I485/131Concurrent)。请问 1）B2延期还迟迟，未批申请绿卡有负面影响吗？

- The B2 extension may be denied, but it does not affect the green card application. 

2）一旦收到AP, 她可以用AP离境回美吗？

-Yes unless her overstay is for > 180 days (if any). 

3) AP 申请要副上已过期的I-94， 还要副上B2延期的收据(Reciept)吗？
-Yes.
