我给现有雇主工作了５年了，现有EAD，去年１０月份又刚从新RENEW了H１B。现在想换工作。由于我给雇主带来不少收入，他肯定会想尽办法把我留驻，也许回起诉我, 通知移民局取消我的现有I－１４０ 和H１B。 如果这种情况发生，对我的现有身份有什么影响？

-If your I-485 pending is > 180 days and your new job is in the same field, it will not affect your status and I-485 even if the employer withdraw the I-140 and H-1.

I－１４０会作废吗？如果我被起诉,移民局会暂停我绿卡的处理吗？
