我的４８５PENDING超过１８０天了. 如果我用EAD换工作在同一行业, 但现雇主取消我的１４０, 一旦４８５被拒，我是不是身份就无效了？

-Correct. But the I-485 denial (if any) or your status is irrelavent to the I-140 withdrawal.
