原先被否决的 I-140 和 I-485 会自动 re-open 吗？还是要 file I-290B 要求案子重新打开

-Not need. Only file one I-290B to reopen the denied I-140, then the denied I-485 will automatically reopen after the I-140 reopen.
现在被否决的 I-140 和 appeal 已从 AAO 退回 Nebraska Center. Online status says: "If your case was remanded or your appeal was sustained, we will notify you of our action within 60 days of the date of the AAO decision." What does it mean?
-"Case was remanded" means AAO sent the case back to NSC and require NSC to take action, e.g. AAO think the support the appeal and ask NVC to cancel the denial, or AAO support the I-140 denial and ask NSC to contact you to address the case denial again, etc. "Appeal was sustained" means AAO have not made decision yet.
这个 I-140 还会再被否决吗，或者要求补材料？
