what shall I do after the appeal petition is approved?

请问各位大侠:

原先被否决的 I-140 和 I-485 会自动 re-open 吗？还是要 file I-290B 要求案子重新打开 (如果是这样，一个 I-290B 开 I-140, 另一个 I-290B 开 I-485 吗?)?

现在被否决的 I-140 和 appeal 已从 AAO 退回 Nebraska Center. Online status says: "If your case was remanded or your appeal was sustained, we will notify you of our action within 60 days of the date of the AAO decision." What does it mean? 这个 I-140 还会再被否决吗，或者要求补材料？
