哪个月开始extend合适，我是9月27日到期？

-If your PERM has been pending for > = one year (includint the appeal time), you can extend your H1 for one year beyond the 6 year limit. You file the H1 extension any time between the date your PERM pending reaches one year and the date your H1 expires.
