现在这个单位整整压了我6年才给perm,律师和supervisor在办理过程中漏洞百出无数次。
另一个单位一直在挖我，苦于等PERM一直未动。
我现在如果去，另一个单位能否可以extend h1b?
-That new company has to file PERM immediately to see whether it can be approved before August. I think it prbably too late because a new PERM filing takes a lot of time (i.e. advertisement, recruitment, etc.).
后果是什么？有什么风险？！
