我们去了uscis for appt-可是他们serivce 里的lists只有follwing,

you need service on a case that has already been filed
you are new PR and have not received your PRC
you want to file an appploicaiton in person
you need informaiton or other services
you need a form
you are a united states military memer, miltary retiree or militar dependant

我门看了下认为应该选第2个， 可是我朋友正式的gc 还没有批准啊？！ 有一点confused... 老师， 应该选什么了？ 谢谢了
