conditonal gc在apply 正式绿卡过程中， 可是有i-797了， 那现在我朋友可以离开美国吗？ 谢谢了， 如果现在离开1周， 有什么问题吗？

-Fine. Does his/her conditional green card epxire yet?  If yes, He/she needs to bring the I-797 (I-751 filing receipt) and passport to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp on the passport, then use this stamp to reenter US. If no, he/she can use the conditional green card to reenter US. By the way, don't miss the biomitrics or any interview.
