- On the top of Part 1. I saw "Print clearly or type your answer using CAPTAL letters" on the form. Could you let me know if I have to print ot type everything with CAPTAL letters for all parts? How about the country: is it P.R. CHINA?

- on page 3, part 6, B. Where have you worked (or, if you were a student, what scholos did you attend) during the last five years? include military service. Begin with your current or lastest employers and then list every place you have worked or studied for the last five years. if you need more space, use a separate sheet or paper.

My question is, during five years, I have worked for 3 years from 2009 to 2012. and from 2007 to 2009 I was a housewife and staying at home. Could you please let me know how I can fill out this for the right answer?

Only your working experience, not your house wife experience.

- Part 9. B. I have to enter the current address for my child, Do I need to re-enter my current address there or enter "WITH ME" ? one USCIS officer told me to type my current address there. but from the instruction, I saw I can put "WITH ME" if the child is living with me. Could you please let me know what I should put there?
