回复：国内出生小孩申请绿卡，两岁内入境可直接变绿？

具体情况是，父母都是绿卡，小孩正在绿卡申请中，现在一家人都在国内生活.听美国律师说让她两岁前入境，在入境处可以直接要求变绿不用排期，是这样吗？

-Yes if both the mother and the child have never been US after the child was born in China.

那小孩入境需要先去大使馆签证吗？听说只要领一个transportation letter就可以了。具体是怎样滴呀？thx a lot lar
