啊，必须要母亲也没有回过美国吗？我在小孩出生后回过两次美国，这样还可以吗？
-If the father and the child have never been to US after the child was born, it is OK that the father can accompany the child to US before the child turns two year old to get the green card at the port of entry. If both parents have been to US after the child was born, then the child can not use this benefit any more and the child has to use B2 visa to enter US. Or you can spponsor the child immigration visa using F2A category which may take 2 to 3 years.
