老婆是06/27/2010年用L-2身份进入美国，I-94到期日是06/26/2013；
2011年我老婆申请了EAD，过期是和我的I-94一样是09/30/2012。
我今年回国了一次，拿了新的L-2进来，I-94过期日是05/24/2015，现在我要给老婆延期L-2和EAD，我准备在USCIS网站直接一起e-filing I-539/I-765，请问我应该在大概什么时间开始提交申请比较保险能够在9/30/2010前批复下来？
