我侄女在美国读护士本科。她想知道拿到绿卡的步骤是怎样？难易程度，每一步需要的时间。是不是先要申请H１签证？

-H1 is not related to the green card application. But she had better find a job and work as an H1 holder (the H1 status allows her to stay and work in US legally), then ask the employer to sponsor her green card. That is the way most people do.
