A friend recently told me that she could not use 护士本科 to apply for H-1 because Americans can fill the 护士 positions.
-It is true that most nurse positions only require the nurses who have associate degree (two years), but some nurse positions still can be justified to require Bachelor degree and thus, can get the H1 status though it is somewhat difficult. So, find a good lawyer to help out.
So she used up her OPT for the nurse position, and then got a lab job with her Master's degree at the same hospital. Later she applied for GC using EB3.
