both my mom and my step-father are in china now. my mom's green card just approvl last week. i want to invite my step father for short visiting(B2 visa)now. since his I-130 has been rejected in 2008, do you think he will get his B2 visa this time? He got B2 visa twice before (2000 and 2007).
