谢谢8老师回答。可是我不敢用EAD，怕万一485被拒，我是不是就得马上回国了啊？

-If you have a stable job, your I-485 normally is safe. if it is denied, you have to ask the employer to sponsor your H1 and the, just get the h1 vis ain China to come back.

如果现在J1拿不到，H1老板也不给，还有其他身份可以工作吗？EAD除外
