-You can not get the J1 any more due to immigration intent (I-485 filing). You just use your EAD to work and do nothing.

谢谢8老师回答。可是我不敢用EAD，怕万一485被拒，我是不是就得马上回国了啊？

如果现在J1拿不到，H1老板也不给，还有其他身份可以工作吗？EAD除外
