6年年底就到期了。要延期的话，需要在到期之前拿到I140 approval.

我算了算时间，不够。考虑离开US两三个月，这段时间就不算在6年之内。请问这样是不是可行？

另外H1B transfer期间可以离开美国么？

-Yes. But you need to wait for the H1 transfer approval in China and then, ask your new employer to mail it to you and you can use the new H1 approval notice to apply for the H1 visa to enter US. One issue you need to consider, if your I-140 sponsor withdraw the approved I-140 (it is possible if you do not work for this employer), then you can not use it to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit.

还是说要等批下来了才能走？
