请问如何向移民局报告out of US 的这段时间呢？是要给H1B amendment还是H1B申请？

-Do nothing at this point. When you edxtend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit, just provide the evidence of your stay in China during the 6 year h1 duration such as airticket, airplane boarding card and the entry and departure stamp on your passport from the Chinese Customs, etc.

或者干脆出US, 让新公司直接申请H1B for worker from China, 同时申请PERM, 140?
