Your child CSPA age was frozen on that date and he/she will have no age-out problem anymore unless your I-485 (based on the Eb2 I-140) is denied. Your EB1B I-140 filing is just another upgraded I-140, not affecting the approved EB-2 I-140 and the all pending I-485s even if you do the I-485 interfiling/transfer.
Please note that your I-485 interfiling/transfer is equal to that you have two pending I-485s, one is based on EB2 I-140 and another is based on EB-1 I-140, though you only filed one I-485. So, as long as you do the I-485 interfiling within one year, your child is qualified for his/her I-485 approval with your EB1 based I-485.

原作者的PD是08年3月，她的PD首次当前应该是11年12月——不一定准确，因为当时的排期是到08年3月15日，我并不知道原作者的PD到底是在15日前还是后，姑且假定是1日吧（否则就是12年1月首次当前了）——她是因为自己的原因拖到了12年2月才递交I-485表的，那么，这里根据你的说法，这个“as long as you do the I-485 interfiling within one year”，是否应该是指到12年12月为止，更进一步，是算到12年12月1日？还是12年12月31日？
