DS160中還有一個問題我們不肯定：

Are you applying in the same country where the visa above was issued and is this country your principal country of residence?

這裡的簽證簽發國是指簽發地中國嗎？

-Yes.

還是指簽發國美國？

另外，我們應該怎樣在表格中體現上次延期拒絕後，我爸一週後就回國了？

可以寫在拒簽解釋中嗎？

-No. Not need to report this in the DS-160 because this is not visa application denial.

我爸非常擔心又象上次一樣什麼都不問就拒了。請指教。
