我LD是485的主申请人。我只是副申请人。 律师告诉我，在我的G325A中， 我的住址
和工作地址对不上。具体的说， 有一年半的时间，我住在NJ， 我的工作地址在CA. 这个很可能要RFE. 而且是LCA violation。

3. 工作地址填我们公司在NJ的office. 我是副申请人， 不知道是不是会check H1B 的 LCA？如
果是联网的，没准是人人都查？
4. 有人说， 去加拿大转一圈， 搞个H1B AVR。 最后一次进入就是现在的日期了。之前的violate 就置0了。请问有没有什么好办法？

If you still work in the site where it is not the one indicated in the LCA, you need to ask your employer to file the h1 amendment. If it was the previous case that you did the remote job which was not in the working site indicated in the LCA, that may be fine because that period was over and thus, USCIS may not check it carefully.
