找律师办的，拒信上居然还提到ETA-750B表petitioner没填全。听说appeal成功几率很小，还不如重新申请，是吗？

-May file I-290B Motion to reopen with providing the ETA-750B. It seems the lwyer is not experienced. Normally USCIS should send you RFE or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) before they formally denied your case. Had you received any RFE or NOID before your case was denied? if no, that means your qualification may be very poor or the document preparation was very poor. Takl to your lawyer, anyway.
