我的护照上的名字是Jie Wang。办公室里大家都叫我Jason。现在 I-140 approval notice 上的名字是 Wang, Jie Jason (律师在申请I-140 时填的名字是 Wang, Jie (Jason) ). Approved 劳工卡上的名字是对的 (Jie Wang). 所有文件A# 都一样。我该怎么办？需要用正确的名字重新递 I-140 吗?（如果劳工卡过期了呢？）？ 还是可以写信要求移民局更改成正确的名字？会影响 I-485 的递交吗？
-Unless you have changed your name to Jies Janson Wang officially (e.g. on court), your official name is Jie Wang and you have to use this official name for I-485 or any documents in the future. Otherwise, you may have trouble in the future. The name on the I-140 does not matter too much because USCIS can tell you are the correct beneficial of the I-140.
