1. 我不需要再重新 file I-140 with the correct name Jie Wang, is it right?

-Right.

2. 也不需要联系USCIS to correct the name to Jie Wang at this time? Just make sure when file 485, the name is correct?

-Correct.

3. 律师说这是 government error. 他的说法对吗? (想当初，律师不管不顾我的 review 要求就把 case 递上去了。实在经不起律师的两下忽悠啊 :-(
