我和WIFE结婚很多年了, 现都是绿卡. 我在美国, 老婆在国内待一段时间, 由于各种原因, 可能超过一年的时间. 如果无法证明是没办法才超过一年, 绿卡可能就失效了.

-If your wife does not return to US in time is due to pregnancy,  she may try SB-1 visa.

 如果这样, 请问:

 (1)   我再SPONSOR老婆绿卡申请时, 她可以通过其它签证先到美国再等绿卡吗?

-Yes, she may just give up the green card in the US Consulate and then, apply for the B2 visa at the same time to enter US.

(2)   看到其它帖子提到, 如果我是绿卡, 则对方要等2-3年. 如果我入籍(可入尚未入), 这种情况下WIFE要等多长时间, 回快一些吗?

-Yes. If she is in US, she may get the green card in several months, but if she is in China and want to get the immigration visa there, it may take one year or more because the process takes time.

(3)   同样, 给在国内生的小孩(出生时我还是绿卡)申请来美国, 如果我入籍的话, 要等多长时间?

-Same as your wife situation.

(4)   对于(3), 等待其间, 可以通过其它签证把小孩带到美国再等绿卡吗?

-Yes, try B2 visa.
