-If your wife has not stayed in China for over one year at present, and she will be overstay for > one year in China after she has the second baby, I think it should be OK for the SB-1 if she has the Dr./Hospital certificate to prove her health does not allow her to travel long distance. Anyway, just try and you never know.
(2) 假设老婆的SB-1拿到, 那时她还可以带两个小孩回来吗（通过TRANSPORTATION LETTER － 入关时办绿卡而非签证）？
-Yes as long as the first child does not reach 2 years old when she return to US with the SB-1 visa.
我估计一个小孩话，可以； 两个小孩的话， 可不可以带就不知道了．我们又不会留下一个小孩，只带回来另一个小孩的．所以开始问的是给三个人（老婆，小孩们）重新办绿卡的情况．不只到您是否清楚，如故老婆那到ＳＢ－１， 我们能把两个小孩一起带回来吗？
-There is not such limitation of immigration law. As long as these two children are < 2 years old and it is the first time for mother (green card holder) to enter US with the children, the children will get the permanent resident status at the port of entry.
